The world is full of hypocrisy!
You will find examples of people/processes/institutions who are hypocrite in any sphere of activity in any place in the world at any given point of time.
The question am thinking of at this odd hour in the midnight is "why are people hypocrite?"
What i have come to conclude is that most people live others lives. In the sense, most of one's ideas/impressions/attitudes are stamped on one by obvious forces like schools/parents/friends and disguised sources like media.
Lack of originality should be the root cause of it all. I realize i really admire those people who chose to be original but failed rather than the copy cats who got successful just because they could bullshit their way to the top! So, what drives originality and what stops it? I think, it comes down to what a man is built of. Courage and Wisdom are things which can't be taught and are things one has or doesn't. To be original and creative needs a lot of courage. If you have been trying to be an original, you know failure is always an inch closer than you think! But, when success happens, which does happen, its really worth cherishing.
No wonder men have been called prisoners of their minds!
